Originally developed by LEGO and business school professors, this approach has been used by organizations worldwide to tackle complex challenges, align teams, and foster innovation. Through hands-on building and structured reflection, participants engage their full cognitive capacity and create deeper, more meaningful conversations.

About your facilitator

Hi, I’m Jana.

I’ve spent more than a decade working alongside teams as a finance, operations, and people leader, helping them navigate growth, change, and the messy middle that comes with doing meaningful work together. Along the way, I learned something important: most teams don't struggle because they lack expertise or effort. They struggle when they don’t have the space or tools to think and communicate clearly.

As a facilitator, my role is to create that space. I design and guide workshops that help teams slow down, surface what’s really going on, and make sense of complex challenges together. Using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, we externalize ideas and build shared understanding in a way that feels both engaging and productive.

Brickyard grew out of my belief that work doesn’t have to be rigid to be serious, and that play can be a powerful catalyst for insight and alignment. I bring a thoughtful approach to facilitation grounded in real-world business experience, curiosity about the puzzle, and care for the people in the room.
